Pipeline Skids

Pipeline skids are used as dunnage to get equipment off the ground or for elevating the actual pipe used in pipeline construction to enable easier access to welding or slinging the pipes for placement into the pre-dug trenches.

Pipeline Cradles

Pipeline cradles or saddles are used to place round pipe so they rest safely in place while transporting or storing. The pipe saddles have been given their name due to the shape of the cut out on the pipe saddle timbers, which is what the rounded pipe rests upon.
