With our national network of distribution yards, reloads, and mill direct offerings, we can assure you local delivery at competitive prices. Our sales teams in Oregon and Mississippi provide a full range of species and grades of plywood, OSB, MDF, and particleboard for national delivery in railcar and truckload quantities. Our distribution yards in the Midwest, Northeast, and Southern California provide just-in-time local delivery of mixed and LTL shipments.

Southern Division (formerly Allen Timber)—Located in Waynesboro, Mississippi, our Southern Division sells both on-grade panels and off-grade for national distribution. Available products include plywood, paneling, OSB, MDF, particleboard, and siding.

Southern California Distribution (formerly Landmark Building Products)—Just-In-Time delivery of our highly diversified product mix includes plywood, particleboard, MDF, OSB, sidings, laminates, cut-to-size and more, delivered via our LTL, TL, and Railcar systems. Some of our brand name products include, Duratex Hardboard, Cladwood and Maxi Sidings, Patina, West Pine and Plum Creek MDF, Duraflake and Boise Particleboard, States Industries Panels, Thermo-Ply and Energy Brace Sheathings, Wilsonart, and Formica laminates.

Structural Panel Division (formerly North Pacific Lumber)—The largest privately held wholesaler/distributor of OSB (Oriented Strand Board) and Plywood (Southern/Western) in the world. North Pacific's panel department services all major markets throughout the continental United States, with over twenty traders and strength of $200+ million in sales.

Northern California Distribution—emphasizes panel products and Engineered Lumber. The distribution center stocks a full line of OSB and plywood items required by the construction industry through our lumber dealers. In addition to offering wholesale truck loads out of warehouse to the California and Nevada markets, Northern California Distribution offers carload quantities on a mill-direct basis. Complementing the commodity panel products is a complete Engineered Wood program.

Building Materials East (formerly Saxonville USA)—has distribution facilities servicing New England and the Mid-Atlantic states providing prompt delivery of commodity building and specialty hardwood panel products throughout the Northeast.

Building Materials Midwest (formerly Schultz, Snyder & Steele)—Our Midwest Division offers building material retail dealers the right combination of product, quality and service at competitive prices. Customers can choose from a variety of ways to purchase plywood, OSB, and composite panels, including mill direct, reload and warehouse shipments.
