North Pacific Fiberglass Pole Warranty

North Pacific warrants its fiberglass poles to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase when used under conditions acceptable to their design. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the pole at North Pacific's manufacturing facility. North Pacific assumes no responsibility or accepts any expense for the removal, reinstallation, or freight charges for the return of the product. In no case shall North Pacific be liable for consequential, special, or indirect damages. All sales are subject to the terms and conditions of North Pacific.
